When you have opened a Trade Account with Bike-X you can apply to make payment by credit / debit cards, pro forma invoice or by credit account. All are subject to prior approval and agreement by Bike-X.
I have received an email advising that my account has been activated, what do I do now?
You can now log in to the Bike-X web site and benefit from our highly competively priced cycle accessories and cycles. Select the products you wish to purchase and when you are ready to complete your transaction, just follow the prompts on the screen.
Are the prices shown on the products the price that I will pay?
Your discounted Trade Account price will only be displayed when you log into your account. The prices you see are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the end of your transaction.
Bike-X aim to process your order within 24 hours of order receipt on a working day. We operate an overnight delivery courier service with a view to despatching your order where possible the same day your order is processed.
What happens if I try to purchase a product that is showing as "out of stock"?
We would advise you to email us in the first instance at info@bike-x.co.uk for an estimated stock arrival date. Should you choose to place an order this will automatically place your stock on back order and goods will be despatched as soon as they become available. We will contact you if there are any unusual delays or stock issues.
